The KOWR’s stand of a total area of 267 m² presented the export offer of 54 Polish companies as well as industry associations, federations and organizations bringing organic producers together. The Polish stand featured fruit and vegetable juices, fresh fruit, wines, teas and infusions, fresh and frozen vegetables, pastas, groats and other cereal grain preparations, spreads, sauces and ready-made products, oils, probiotics, honey and sweets, bars, healthy snacks and many other products.
On the third day of the event the stand was visited by Mr Ryszard Kamiński, Undersecretary of State in the Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, accompanied by the Ministry’s official delegation. The KOWR was represented by Mr Marcin Wroński, Deputy Director General. The delegations’ visit was an excellent opportunity to meet Polish entrepreneurs and discuss the condition of the organic sector and prospects for its future.
Cooking shows were held at the KOWR’s stand every day of the fair, with a special focus on certified organic products from Poland. The aim of the shows was to promote the classical Polish cuisine and organic products as well to present Poland as a country of rich traditions and modern culinary approach.
